 PROGRAMMES ON OFFER:

Cwmdu Retreat  run various programmes from personalised health programmes to juice fasting, general detoxing, healing and rejuvenation, teaching programmes, Hippocrates raw food programme, low histamine programme and programmes for blood sugar balancing.  Each client has their programme personalised for their specific needs.  All programmes are vegan and based on Naturopathic principles.  

PROGRAMMES AND PRICING:

If simply staying for a quiet self catering stay in the self contained one bedroom annex apartment the cost is £150 per night for the apartment with a minimum stay of 3 nights.  The apartment can sleep up to 3 people as the bedroom is a family room with king size bed and a single bed.  There is also a sofa bed in the sitting room of the one bedroom apartment as an alternative to 3 people sharing the family bedroom. 

A 7 night booking is £900, a 2 week booking is £800 per week and a 3 week booking is £700 per week up to a maximum of 3 guests staying in the apartment. All linens and cleaning are included in the price. Freshly made organic juices and green smoothies can be delivered to the apartment at an extra cost of £13 per 500 mls.

There are also bedrooms in the house and a self contained studio apartment but these are not open at the moment for self catering breaks away.

A Juice fasting stay inclusive of all juices (as many as desired but usually 4 x 500mls per day)  is £195 per person per night with a minimum stay of 3 nights. £1200 per week per person for a one week stay, £1100 per week if booking for 2 weeks and £1000 per week if booking for 3 weeks or more.  A second person sharing a room for a juice fasting stay comes for half price.  Alternatively a friend also joining for a juice fasting stay but wanting their own room comes at one third reduction in price. All guests coming for a juice fasting stay will need to have a 20 minute free zoom session before booking is accepted. All juice fasting guests have a free one hour consultation on arrival and departure. Any treatments are charged at £100 per hour.

Hippocrates transformation raw food retreats, low histamine and blood glucose balancing retreats are fully catered and charged at £3,500 per week. A partner or friend sharing a room and following same programme comes at half price. A friend following same programme but having own room pays one third reduction in price. Minimum stay is one week. A 2 week booking is offered at a 10% discount and a 3 week booking is offered at 15% discount. All meals, juices, smoothies, one treatment daily and consultation on arrival and departure are included in price. Supplements and herbal prescriptions are extra. All guests require a free one hour zoom consultation before booking is accepted.

A specialised programme for clients with particular health requirements outside those offered above are priced according to needs.

PAYMENTS:  Deposit of 50% is required on acceptance of booking following a free zoom call. Full payment is required 3 weeks prior to arrival.  Al payments should be made either through Paypal or bank transfer.

No one in need is turned away if finances are a restriction to booking. An arrangement can be discussed.

SUPPORT POST YOUR PROGAMME:

A charge for support following your programme is charged according to  level of support required.  This can be via zoom, text, phone or email.  Level of support needed and cost is discussed at your final consultation prior to departure.

THERAPIES AVAILABLE DURING A RETREAT:

Acupuncture, Western Herbal Medicine, Nutrition, Reflexology, Shiatsu, Manual Lymph Drainage (MLD), Aromatherapy, Massage, NES Health computer analysis

PRICING:

All therapies during a retreat are charged at £100  per hour.

Zoom consultations are charged at £150 for a one hour consultation which includes a follow up email detailing recommendations.

Short phone consultations are charged at £1.50 per minute.
